DGD Night
Swagged out with my friends at the DGD concert. I kinda wish the ginger was there so I could hear his angelic ass voice live. I started a Nickelback and Wu-tang chant which was pretty funny. WatchSet a Personal Record(PR) on my Deadlift. It was roughly 285 pounds, 10 pounds more than two weeks ago. I am working my way up towards the 300 club on my deads. I did overextend my back on my lockout which isn’t ideal for the lower back. I got too excited after the hip thrust.
